Tarrant County Sheriff's Deputy was NOT Murdered

It wasn't a murder after all. Tarrant County Sheriff Bill E. Waybourn says the death of one of his deputies in Ft. Worth on Friday wasn't a homicide. But he says it was still a tragedy. "Sgt Keith Shepard did not die at the hands of a criminal. The medical examiner said he had a medical emergency in that parking area. The blood came when he fell and hit his head before struggling to get back into his car."
