Is Bigger Really Better?

Is bigger really better?

Well, maybe not when it comes to your home.

A new study was released that indicates people living in those mega-mansions aren't any happier than when they used to live in a standard home.

Opendoor.com Whitley Roth tells KTRH, "The average home in the 70's was round 1200 sq. ft. now the average is almost 2500 sq. ft. and when someone builds a bigger house nearby, homeowners get envious and want to build a bigger home, this is not a good idea. The bigger the home the harder it can be to sell and that definitely doesn't make the homeowner happy."
