A new survey out says 60% of male managers feel uncomfortable participating in work events with women.
So does this mean the #metoo movement has gone to far?
Leadership Expert, Tonya Fitzpartrick tells KTRH, "No, the me-too movement hasn't gone to far. Male bosses need to use this time to talk to their female employees and make everyone feel comfortable. The more we keep the conversation going the more we will feel comfortable being around each other."
