A man and a woman were taken into custody after being chased in their gray truck by police today. It started around Almeda Genoa Road on the Gulf Freeway. Police tried to conduct a PIT maneuver ( Precision Immobilization Technique) without success. The chase ended near the intersection with the 610 South Loop. The errant truck hit one
