Speaker Nancy Pelosi reportedly said that she’d rather see President Trump in prison than impeached. Some think that’s a signal she’s got problems with her own caucus.
The signals seem to be there, and KTRH's Rush Limbaugh says Pelosi has a right to be worried.
““She’s trying to keep her impeachment mob at bay. And she’s having trouble. She’s in big trouble. You know, Trump has a nickname for her, “Nervous Nancy,” and it’s spot on. Nancy Pelosi, Nervous Nancy’s losing control. She knows that she is losing control,” Limbaugh said.
Republican strategist Matt Mackowiak said Rush is right, and that the walls are closing in on Pelosi.
“She’s under a lot of pressure, but if there’s no case for impeachment, there’s no case for imprisonment. Maybe she forgot that,” Mackowiak said.
Mackowiak says Pelosi still controls the Dems, but that grip isn't very firm.
“She’s losing control. When you have committee chairs going against the Speaker, that’s a sign that you’re losing control,” he explained.
Don’t forget; you can listen to Rush weekdays from 11-2 on KTRH.
