Houston police say that a father of four who was just sitting in his car in his driveway was shot multiple times and killed during a carjacking.
The shooting happened around 12:20 this morning at the victim’s home on Boggess Road near Deanna.
Officers say the man was inside his car listening to music when someone opened fire on him.
The man’s mother, who also lives at the house, was home when this happened. The victim has been identified as Dante Green. He was 41 years old, and a father of four. The picture below was provided by his family to our TV partner Channel 2.
Police aren't sure if one or multiple gunmen were involved in this. The investigation continues.
