Houston Texans star JJ Watt is engaged to longtime girlfriend Kealia Ohai. He posted the announcement on Twitter, along with the words, "I'm the luckiest man in the world."
The couple has been dating for about three years. The two were introduced by former Texans linebacker Brian Cushing, who is Ohai's brother-in-law. Cushing is currently the Texans' assistant strength and conditioning coach.
The 30-year old Watt was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year three times in his first five seasons. Ohai, 27, is a midfielder/forward with the Houston Dash women's professional soccer team. She also scored the single winning goal in the final match of the 2012 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup
The two have not yet announced a wedding date, but the future Mrs. Watt posted another surprise JJ had in store for her to celebrate their engagement.
