'Go Topless Jeep' weekend in Galveston was a nightmare. According to Galveston Emergency services, they had to take drastic measures and bring out an evacuation ambulance. They received over 400 calls, 60 arrest were made and multiple injuries occurred. There was even a head on collision. Thankfully there was not any casualties. See for yourself below:
