Will Mueller ever testify?

Today was supposed to be the day Special Counsel Bob Mueller testified for Congress. ‘Was’ being the operative word.

He's not testifying today, and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler will only say that Mueller will testify at some point.

“We will subpoena him if we have to,” Nadler said last week.

Republican strategist Jessica Colon tells KTRH Democrats just want to keep the issue alive.

“They want Mueller to remain a key point in the President’s re-election campaign,” Colon stated.

But she says that might not be a great political move.

“History is leaving them behind. The President is out there with one of the strongest economies that the country has seen in some time,” Colon said.

New polling shows 68% of Democrats believe the Mueller report didn't clear the President. Colon says only time will tell if Mueller will ever testify.
