Police say they were just doing their jobs, but social media is up in arms over a confrontation caught on camera.
The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office is looking into a case of mistaken identity that has gone viral.
The five-minute video was posted by Clarence Evans. It was recorded by his wife, Kenya Evans, and has been shared more than 20,000 times, and has also attracted more than 15,000 comments.
Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said his deputies were just doing their jobs and did them calmly.
