Today is the first time for Astros Rookie Pitcher Corbin Martin to pitch in an MLB game --- and he rose to the occasion! Corbin struck out NINE BATTERS before Manager A.J.Hinch pulled him off the mound. The fans already love him and gave him a standing ovation. The players on the field came to the mound to congratulate him. It is the first time in Astros history a debut rookie pitcher accomplished 9 strike outs! Corbin grew up an Astros fan. He is from Hempstead and is an Aggie!
