“A lot of the metrics for these jobs are very clearly defined. They are based purely on productivity,” Tuma said.
He also says that this could expand to higher paying jobs down the road.
“The metrics in sales are pretty simple. There are a lot of incredibly high paid sales professionals out there,” Tuma explained.
And the technology could progress in the future to the point it could actually decide who gets hired and who doesn't.
