Texas 'Affluenza' mom back in jail

Remember the 'Affluenza Mom?' Well, she's back in jail.

A judge has revoked the bond of Tonya Couch, citing a failed drug test required. She has been in Tarrant County Jail in Fort Worth without bond since Friday.

She has been in-and-out of jail over the past few months because she has failed to maintain the terms of her release.

Conditions of her bond had prohibited her from using alcohol, drugs or any medication, or from possessing firearms.

Failed drug tests have returned her to jail twice since her December 2015 arrest on money laundering and hindering apprehension charges.

She is the mother of Ethan Couch, who killed four people and injured others in a drunken driving accident in 2013 when he was 16. His lawyers argued the teen was a victim of "affluenza," not knowing the difference from right and wrong because he was so spoiled by his rich parents.

Tonya Couch is still waiting for her trial for charges related to helping Ethan flee to Mexico two years after the fatal crash.
