Border wall construction moving slowly but surely

Construction has reportedly already outpaced the progress seen in federal projects of similar size.

Despite Congressional inaction, Department of Homeland officials predict a lot of progress building the border wall to block unauthorized entry.

Curtis Collier with US Border Watch said more and more gets done every day.

"Border wall construction continues to move forward. It is a slow process. It is a major construction project. It's very similar to building a highway, except it's horizontal above the ground," said Collier. "It's a slow process, but each and every day we add inches feet and footage to it. And, so the wall is be built and each day our country is safer because of it."
