Texas politician and presidential candidate Robert Francis "Beto" O'Rourke is being criticized for accepting lobbyist donations.
The former El Paso Congressman was confronted by a woman while campaigning in New Hampshire.
O'Rourke has frequently claimed he does not take money from special interest lobbyists, but the voter said that wasn't true.
It turns out, O'Rourke's campaign accepted a check from Chevron in March.
Beto told the woman and crowd he is in the process of returning the check, but that the fossil fuel industry should be included in bringing solutions to America.
