Two people are under arrest in connection with last weekend's shooting of a Houston toddler.
Police announced the arrest of Leonard Butler and Mark Wakefield on injury to a child and aggravated assault charges Friday.
Chief Art Acevedo says the pair opened fire on the three-year-old while he was sitting in a vehicle with his mom. The boy should survive.
Butler and Wakefield are believed to be members of the Bloods street gang.
