Word started spreading yesterday on social media that Whataburger was introducing a Dr. Pepper shake. Huge Texas food news obviously, but so close to April 1st that some were worried that this was just an April Fool's joke that people had fallen for.
While Whataburger hasn't added the item to their website or released any images through any of their official social channels, the Whataburger Twitter account did confirm that it's for real.
