(La Marque, TX) -- La Marque police are identifying two young men who were shot while sitting in their car at a Sonic restaurant on Sunday afternoon.
Investigators say 18-year-old Miles Mitchell died shortly after being shot, and his older brother, 20-year-old Marcellous Mitchell, was wounded. A 15-year-old suspect is in custody at the Galveston County Juvenile Detention Center.
Police believe the two brothers and the suspect were in the Sonic parking lot for a marijuana sale.
