Thick, black smoke is coming from the ITC facility where tanks were on fire earlier this week in Deer Park.
ITC officials say flames are coming from one or possibly two of the tanks.
Earlier Friday, Emergency Management Officials issued a shelter-in-place, because a dike wall containing chemicals from the fire had partially collapsed.

We are aware of a flare up moments ago at the Intercontinental Terminals Company (ITC) Deer Park site. The City of Deer Park is not issuing a Shelter-in-Place order at this time but we are monitoring the situation. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
