In Spring, a 16-year-old was shot and killed after playing with a gun at a home overnight.
It was around 12:30a.m. Tuesday morning when deputies made the scene at an address on Elmley Place.
The teen shot was taken by medical chopper to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The victim's cousin is being questioned about who had the gun and what led to gunshots fired.
The two were best friends and attended Klein Oak High School.
They also both lived at the home where the shooting occurred.
