A 17-year old boy in Spring is being held on a 10-thousand dollar bond after allegedly shooting and killing his 15-year old girlfriend at a weekend house party.
Cell phone video shot moments before the tragedy shows Javon Martin playing with a rifle. He told police he pointed the gun at Makaila Simon - a freshman at Lamar High School - and accidentally pulled the trigger.

Martin is charged with criminally-negligent homicide. At the time of the shooting he was out on bond for another charge.
Also, their relationship was a secret until the shooting occured.
Martin was arrested the following early-morning, Sunday in Spring.
