(Houston, TX) -- Houston's campaign to be one of the host cities for the 2026 World Cup has a new logo. The Houston World Cup 2026 Bid Committee on Thursday posted the new logo's image on social media.
The logo features the letters HOU under a golden rocket that sort of looks like the World Cup trophy. Houston billionaire John Arnold was named as the committee's chairman earlier this month. Houston is one of 17 cities in the U.S. competing to be one of the World Cup's venues.
