As the saying goes, with new technology comes new problems and that couldn't be more true when it comes to your car and voice recognition. The owner of Preferred Technology, Neil Medved says one of the reasons for that is car companies are using outdated technology. He says car companies should start teaming up with Apple and Google and use their more updated technology instead of car makers coming up with their own. He also says try cutting down on background noise, because that's another big reason cars don't hear us well.
