(Houston, TX) -- No charges are filed in the case of a man who shot and killed a burglar on Saturday evening in north Houston.
The shooting happened shortly after 7 p.m. at a home in a neighborhood near Fulton and Tidwell. Police say the homeowner was arriving home when he caught the suspect trying to break in. The suspect reportedly tried to attack the homeowner with a crowbar, and the man shot him. The burglar was dead at the scene.
