Toyota is recalling another 1.7-million North American vehicles over their ongoing difficulties with Takata airbag inflators. The latest recall affects the 4-Runner, Corolla, Matrix, Sienna, and several Lexus models. Impacted owners will also be contacted by mail.
Earlier this week, Ford recalled nearly one-million vehicles that are also linked to the faulty airbags.
