LIVE LOOKS: Cohen Sentenced to Three Years in Prison

11:10AM (CST) ***UPDATE*** (New York, NY)  -- President Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen is being sentenced to three years for tax and campaign finance violations.  Before sentencing, Judge William Pauley said "each of these crimes is a serious offense against the United States."  Cohen told the judge his blind loyalty to Trump "led him to darkness" and time and time again he felt it was his duty to cover up Trump's dirty deeds. He pleaded guilty to tax and campaign finance violations involving hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels and another woman who claimed they had affairs with President Trump a decade ago. The sentence is in connection with Robert Mueller's election probe and a related case from Manhattan prosecutors.

10:48AM (CST) (New York, NY)  --  The sentencing hearing is underway for President Trump's former personal lawyer Michael Cohen inside a New York courthouse.  NBC News legal expert Danny Cevallos says Cohen could get a lengthy prison sentence in connection with Robert Mueller's investigation into the 2016 election.

He's pleaded guilty to tax and campaign finance violations involving hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels and another woman who claimed they had affairs with Trump a decade ago.  Cohen arrived earlier with his family and did not speak to reporters.
