Large Crowds Expected Along Bush 41 Train Route To College Station

(Houston, TX)  -- The casket carrying the late President George H.W. Bush is headed for a special train in Houston.  Following a funeral service at St. Martin's Episcopal Church, Bush's body will be transported to College Station, Texas.  

Officials are expecting big crowds along the route of the train that will take President George H.W. Bush on his final journey today.  Union Pacific engine 4141 will carry the former president's flag-draped coffin for around 70 miles from suburban Houston to College Station.  

There will be an interment ceremony at the presidential library that bears Bush's name at Texas A&M University. It's in College Station that the 41st president of the United States will be buried, alongside his late wife and their daughter Robin, on the grounds of the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum on the Texas A&M campus.
