Members of the Bush family are at the U.S. Capitol for the departure of the late President George H.W. Bush. The nation's 41st President has been lying in state in the Capitol Rotunda since Monday evening. A motorcade will take the family and the flag-draped casket from the Capitol to the Washington National Cathedral. A state funeral is set for 11 o'clock, Eastern time.
