(Houston, TX) -- A Pearland mom is accused of running an illegal "med-spa" on Houston's west side. Police arrested 41-year-old Yocaty Mencia on Tuesday afternoon at her office on Westpark near Gessner.
Mencia has reportedly been performing nonsurgical cosmetic procedures, including injections, with no license or medical supervision. Mencia is charged with practicing medicine without a license, which is a felony.
