Judge: Fort Bend ISD Can't Build School Because Of Slave Graveyard

(Sugar Land, TX)  --  A Texas judge is telling a Houston-area school district they can't build a school due to a slave graveyard.  The judge ruled today Fort Bend ISD needs to work with Black United Front on a solution.  The district wanted to move the 95 bodies to a local cemetery where archaeologists would have access to the remains for DNA testing.

Black United Front wants the remains to stay where they are until all their identities are confirmed.  The graveyard was discovered over the summer.
