Super Feast Expected To Feed Thousands For Thanksgiving

(Houston, TX)  --  Two annual Thanksgiving charity events are merging this year to feed Houston's needy population.

Super Feast by Waste Management and the Big Feast by City Wide Club will serve up the 34th annual Thanksgiving Big Super Feast at the George R. Brown Convention Center.  The doors open at 10 a.m. on Thanksgiving.

More than 25-thousand people are expected to turn up for the Thanksgiving meal, in addition to free medical screenings, flu shots, haircuts, blankets, clothes, and toys.  And the kids can have their picture taken with Santa.
