(Amsterdam) -- A 69-year-old man in the Netherlands is suing to get his age lowered to 49. According to the BBC, Emile Ratelband is asking a Dutch court to lower his age 20 years by moving up his birth date, on the grounds of age discrimination.
Ratelband is a TV personality who calls himself a "positivity trainer," and says his age is unfairly holding him back. He says getting his age lowered will also help him meet women on Tinder. The court is expected to issue a ruling in about four weeks.
