Re-election Celebration In Montgomery County Jail For TX House Member

Texas State Rep. Ron Reynolds was unopposed Tuesday in his run for re-election. 

He was found guilty of five misdemeanor counts in connection with ambulance chasing to solicit clients for Reynolds' law firm. His law license was suspended on May 2, 2016. 

Reynolds was sent to jail September 7th and given a new inmate number this past Friday morning: 232573. He is expected to sit in jail for a year. He's serving a sentence for a 2015 conviction of the Missouri City, Texas Democrat.
