Last night's weather was treacherous for folks northwest of Baytown, as well as east of Houston.
“We have two tornadoes that we can confirm now that happened on Halloween. One that was located near Mont Belvieu and the second also over in Eagle Lake,” said National Weather Service in League City's meteorologist Nikki Hathaway. “Those will be on the EF scale within the coming of days. We do have survey teams currently out today and they’ll probably be surveying until early this evening the area to see what damage occurred.”
Eagle Lake is in Colorado County, Mont Belvieu is in Chambers County.
