Big Bounce House Comes to Houston

Seriously, when was the last time you jumped around in a bounce house?

The Big Bounce America 2018 Tour is at the Houston Sportsplex, 12631 South Main St, today through Sunday.

It’s a bounce house for adults.  Really.  Take your shoes off.  Oh sure, it’s all about kids, and they love it. But you can jump around, too.

The Big Bounce America 2018 Tour was co-founded by Grahame Ferguson, who was working an event that had a bounce house, and once the kids left the adults jumped in and bounced around like they were giggly children again.   That launched the idea.

“The expression on anyone’s face who goes in the bounce house is priceless.  It’s over 11,000 square feet, and it’s an experience I feel can go down in history,” says Tour Manager Danielle Hodge.  They hold the record from the Guinness Book of World Records for largest bounce house ever.

“When you get in the bounce house, there’s a DJ right in the middle playing music,” says Hodge.  “There’s a slide, there’s a ball pit, there’s obstacle courses, and it’s pretty much just a big party-in-one.”

Its open 2:15 to 5:45 today, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:15 to 5:45.
