The makers of the Flushmate II 501-B pressure-assisted flushing systems say their product can burst and release stored pressure, powerful enough to shatter your tank lid.
About 1.4-million units are subject to recall. The flushing system is popular with plumbing contractors and is available through most home-improvement stores.
