No one is claiming the Mega Millions jackpot and that means the next drawing will be over a billion-dollars.
There was no winner in Friday night's drawing for the billion-dollar Mega Millions jackpot, so it's rolling over to one-point-six-billion-dollars for Tuesday's drawing.
The new jackpot breaks the record for a U.S. lottery prize, which was set in 2016 when the Powerball jackpot reached one-point-58-billion.
