(Houston, TX) -- If you plan to drive on the Southwest Freeway this weekend, here's a heads-up about a scheduled roadwork project. All northbound lanes will be closed in Sharpstown while crews work do repair work to a bridge.
The main lanes will be shut down between Fondren and Bellaire from 9 tonight until 5 Monday morning.
Traffic will be detoured at the Fondren exit and run the feeder to the next entrance ramp. Expect delays, or else plan to take a different route.
