A fender bender led to the firing of a local KIP teacher after what she said to them when it happened. One thing she said:

KIPP Texas Public Schools responded with the following statement:
"At KIPP Texas Public Schools, we have zero tolerance for discrimination. We immediately made the decision to terminate the employee."
