(Toronto) -- Houston Astros closer Roberto Osuna is no.longer facing an assault charge in Canada.
On Tuesday Osuna agreed to a peace bond, meaning he has to follow several requirements for a year, or face prison.
Osuna was arrested in May on claims he assaulted his girlfriend, who is refusing to testify in the case. The 23-year-old was traded from Toronto to the Astros in July.
