Astros pitcher Justin Verlander was in L.A. over the weekend, and dined at Beverly Hills Hotel. He had a $42 salad among other things. See the bill below...
$1M dollars was added to his fake bill, which the hotel comped.
Verlander's reaction? "The manager came over and we ended up laughing about it. "They actually ended up comping the meal. Everyone was talking about how expensive the pancakes were and the salad. It was comped. It worked out well for both sides."
