A SWAT team and negotiators have successfully coaxed an armed man out of a home in Bellaire.
The man holed up in the house with a gun after firing shots at a nearby gas station this morning and fleeing police.
Bellaire Police Chief Byron Holloway said the homeowners were safely rescued from their home ... which is in 4800 block of Tamarisk Drive -- before the man gave up after a three-hour-plus standoff.
The man is now in custody.
