Accused Santa Fe High Mass Shooter Indicted

A grand jury in Galveston has handed up an indictment against Dimitrios Pagourtzis, who stands accused of shooting and killing 10 people and injuring 13 others at Santa Fe High School

The indictment was issued Thursday.

Pagourtzis, 17, remains in the Galveston County Jail, where he is being held without bond.

He is charged in the deaths of eight students and two teachers -- and also accused of injuring 13 other people.

Pagourtzis is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault of a public servant.
