He was pleasuring himself on a bicycle after 5pm Tuesday evening when he was spotted on the street. A woman was taking out her trash when the man stopped approached her and attempted to follow her into her home.
She warned him to "stay away" told him not to come in to the house or she'd get a gun and shoot him."
She was forced to take action and shot the man through the door, hitting him in the chest.
Turns out, the man was arrested last week for being naked on the street in the same area.
