A major accident shut off the exit ramp on I-45 North bound and 610 east. Debris was everywhere and police were blocking both lanes. A woman allegedly stole an ambulance from Ben Taub Hospital earlier this morning, a GPS signal on an iPad inside the ambulance gave a location, but shortly after they were dispatched to this wreck. The woman was found alive underneath the debris and was rushed to the hospital. This caused traffic to be backed up on I-45 earlier than usual. Stay tuned for more on this story!
