Robstown, TX — Police are investigating a shooting at a nursing home that left 3 people dead at a nursing home in Robstown, Texas, a Corpus Christi suburb. Two more were killed at a residence. Officials say the shootings are linked and the shooter is among the dead.
A man walked in and opened fire Friday evening just before 7p.m. at the Retama Manor Nursing Center in the 600 block of East Avenue J.
When police responded to call about an active shooter, they arrived to find two men and one woman dead, according to Chief Administrator & City Secretary Herman Rodriguez.

Then, a second scene. Another active shooter situation at the suspected shooter's home. When police arrived at that second scene, two more men were found dead. There may have been a young boy in the house at the time of the shooting.
The Robstown Police Department and Texas Rangers are treating it as a murder investigation.
