Police in suburban San Antonio arrest a man seen in a viral video bullying a teenager at Whataburger.
Investigators say 30-year old Kino Jimenez took the teen's "Make American Great Again" hat, while uttering racial slurs and anti-Trump comments. Jimenez was also seen throwing a drink in the 16-year old's face.
Police in Universal City say he's been charged with theft of personal property.
