(Humble, TX) -- A man is charged with aggregate theft after reportedly stealing more than 600 pairs of women's underwear from a Victoria's Secret in Humble.
Police say 38-year-old Efrain Gutierrez swiped the undies during six separate visits to the Deerbrook Mall store between early May and late June.
Officers say he was caught on surveillance video taking the underwear, which has a total value of about ten-thousand-dollars.
