The FBI Violent Crime Task Force needs the public’s help identifying and locating two men who robbed a Houston bank on Wednesday.
Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the bank robbers.
The robbery was at 10:12 a.m. June 20 at the Bayou City Federal Credit Union, 6414 Fannin.
The robbers entered the bank dressed in surgical scrubs.
One robber brandished a silver revolver, hopped over the teller counter, and demanded cash from the bank tellers. The other person stood watch by the door during the robbery. Both suspects fled on foot. No one was hurt during the robbery.
The robbers are described as black males in their late 30s to early 40s. One is about 6 feet tall with a thin build. The other is about 5’8” with a medium build. Both suspects wore surgical masks, surgical caps, and medical scrubs during the robbery.
