Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens is declining his invite to attend the Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony on August 4th in Canton, Ohio.
Owens said he wants to celebrate the day elsewhere and will announce at a later date when and where his celebration will be.
The enshrinement ceremony is scheduled to take place Saturday, August 4.
Pro Football Hall of Fame CEO David Baker said Owens' decision is unprecedented but they respect it.
